Hugh Wiley This Late 1950's sketch of a seated man is by Northern California artist Hugh Wiley (1922-2013). Wiley studied at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts and in Mexico City under Carlos Merida. He showed at the NYC Bertha Schaeffer Gallery and taught art at California College of the Arts (formerly CCAC) from 1965-1984. Late 1950'sInk on Paper 8.25"x11" unframed Estate stamped lower right.
