Hugh Wiley This late 1950's sketch of a seated figures in graphite is by Northern California artist Hugh Wiley (1922-2013). Wiley studied at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Ar ts and in Mexico City under Carlos Merida. He showed at the NYC Bertha Schaeffer Gallery and taught art at California College of the Arts (formerly CCAC) from 1965-1984.
