This quilt was designed for the March 2010 Adelaide Cup Race Day Mystery Workshop which was cancelled & subsequently held on the Queen’s Birthday Long Weekend in June of the same year. It is a fun, easy quilt to create and suits various collections of fabric whether they are modern, retro or vintage all combined. The doilies are optional and you can decide if you sew them on or not. What I really love about this quilt is that it is quick and easy, economical, easy to adapt size and has minimal wastage of fabric.
