General Description Upgrade the fuel system on your 2015-2016 GM 6.6L Duramax LML (Stock To Moderate) with the AirDog ASPBC190 FP-100-4G Air/Fuel Separation System from SDS. AirDog has engineered this system to remove water, particulates, vapor, and entrained air from diesel fuel. This lift pump and filter system is what your vehicle needs to deliver clean fuel to your engine. The AirDog operates by pulling fuel from the fuel tank containing entrained air/vapor, particulate contaminates and unknown quantities of moisture. Fuel passes through the water separator that removes water and large particulate contaminates. Next, the fuel with only entrained air/vapor and tiny particulate contaminates remaining, enters the fuel pump. Under positive pressure flow, the fuel passes through the fuel filter and the remaining particulate contaminates are caught and contained, the entrained air/vapor is also separated and returned to the tank. The clean fuel then flows at the proper pressures up to your engine. Each kit includes plumbing, hardware, wiring harness, mounting bracket, and all components needed for installation. This AirDog system incorporates the 4G motor they have been using for years with excellent success together with their conventional nonadjustable/high flow return base.
