Manufactured by La Spaziale, the LUCCA A53 Direct Plumb features a commercial grade rotary pump with an enlarged steam boiler (compared to the A53 Mini V2) and the dual boiler system combined with volumetric programming lead to consistent shots every time. Key Features Volumetric Programming With the use of a commercial grade flowmeter, the LUCCA A53 Direct Plumb allows for two user programmable shot options. PID Temperature Control The LUCCA A53 Direct Plumb has PID temperature control for consistent and precise espresso extraction. Direct Plumb Only The LUCCA A53 Direct Plumb espresso machines ditches the A53 Mini's water tank and vibration pump for a commercial grade rotary pump and a steam boiler that is nearly double the size at 2.5 liters (compared to the 1.2 liter in the A53 Mini). This machine must be plumbed into a water supply and we highly recommend pairing it with the Vivreau Purity C filtration system. La Spaziale 53mm Professional Basket Unique to La Spaziale, their narrow but deep 53mm baskets produce a unique flavor profile that produces a richer and creamier shot than many 58mm baskets. Custom Wood Panels and Touch Points The LUCCA A53 A53 Direct Plumb is available in two beautiful wood finishes (Maple or Walnut) which are magnetically attached for ease of use and installation.
