Its fully enclosed structure and slip-resistant tread ensure secure footing in culinary and food service environments. The clog's oil- and grease-resistant material is also water-repellent, making it easy to clean thoroughly. The cork-latex footbed can be removed and the clog can be washed at temperatures up to 80° Celsius. Both components are suitable for regular disinfection. The original BIRKENSTOCK footbed, with its anatomical design, supports joints and tendons and is washable at up to 30° Celsius. The footbed is available separately for replacement if needed.
