Rib Steak is one of the most tender and highly sought after cuts from a beef. It can be a little bit fattier and contains a bone. A 14-16 ounce portion is an average sized steak ar ound 3/4" - 1" thick. AAA Alberta beef has an excellent flavour, and tenderness. Our AAA Alberta beef is wet aged between 14-40 days which enhances the quality and eliminates the need for mechanical tenderizing.
