An AAC - Augmented and Alternative Communication Group Session is lead by an AAC specialist who advises and supports the young adults to develop their communication skills using th e methods which are most suited to them. The ability to communicate effectively is a core focus in all classes and activities in Cali. All of our students use blended communication including speech, PECS (Picture Exchange Communication System), Lámh (sign language for people with disabilities), and talker devices.
