This album features beautiful songs and chants by Alana Levandoski which illuminate how children experience the deep inner fruits of meditation. The spoken word was written and voiced by Noel Keating whose book “Meditation with Children: A Resource for Teachers and Parents” (Dublin: Veritas 2017) was the inspiration for this album. We hope that teachers and parents will use this album to help children deepen their heart-felt understanding of their true nature, of who they are in God and who God is in them. A companion booklet Meditation with Children: Songs and Reflections - Lyrics, Commentary and Sheet Music is also available. It contains the lyrics of each song, the spoken word accompanying it,a short commentary which may be used to engage with children about the depth of their experience in meditation and the sheet music in each case.
