The Aarke Kettle is an electric temperature control kettle with multiple temperature settings, ranging from 40° to 100°C, and a convenient LED cool-down indicator. Crafted in stainless steel, with the minimum use of plastic and a heat-safe handle, it offers a unique combination of functionality, design and engineering. Temperature control for the perfect brew Gone are the days where you have to put up with scalding water for every drink. Water that’s too hot (or not hot enough) can have a noticeable effect on how your cups of tea and coffee taste: 40°C – 60°C: Perfect for baby formula, warming honey, or reviving yeast for baking without killing it. 70°C – 80°C: Essential for green and white teas. Boiling water makes these delicate leaves bitter and "grassy." 85°C – 95°C: The sweet spot for oolong tea and coffee. Coffee brewed at 90°C avoids the burnt, acidic taste that boiling water creates. 100°C: Reserved for black tea, herbal infusions, and hot chocolate, which need maximum heat to release their full flavour.
