My background is in occupational therapy, and I have worked as an OT in community-based outpatient therapy, inpatient rehab, and home health. Seeing the gaps in care for older adults transitioning from rehab to home and the lack of strategies that could have prevented a hospitalization or injury in the first place motivated me to start my own mobile therapy, home modifications, and health coaching practice.
