The blend is composed of nine local varieties, with one unidentified heirloom vine passed down through generations, making this wine truly unique. After fermentation, it is aged for 30 months in oak barrels to develop structure, complexity, and elegance. Finally, Abano is bottled unfiltered to preserve its true character.
