The Original New ABB DI820 3BSE008512R1 is an 8-channel digital input module for the ABB S800 I/O system, designed to interface high-voltage discrete field signals with ABB control systems including AC 800M controllers and 800xA distributed control systems (DCS). It provides 8 individually galvanically isolated inputs supporting 120V AC (77–130V AC) or 110V DC (75–145V DC) signals, making it ideal for monitoring circuit breaker status, motor control center (MCC) feedback, and other high-voltage switchgear signals in power distribution, substation automation, and industrial process control applications. This module is part of the S800 I/O family—ABB's distributed and modular process I/O system that scales from standard function to high-end features like hot-swap and channel-level diagnostics.
