The Original New ABB ACS550-01-059A-4 is a 30 kW (40 HP) general purpose wall-mounted drive from the ABB ACS550 series, engineered for reliable motor control across a wide range of industrial applications. Rated at 59 A with a 380–480 V three-phase input, this drive delivers efficient speed and torque control for pumps, fans, conveyors, compressors, mixers, and many other variable and constant torque applications. Featuring an IP21 / NEMA Type 1 enclosure, integrated Category C2 EMC filter, patented built-in DC swinging choke for harmonic reduction, and Safe Torque Off (STO) safety function, the ACS550-01-059A-4 simplifies installation and reduces the need for external components. The drive is part of the ABB general purpose drive portfolio and includes an intuitive assistant control panel for fast commissioning. Its robust R4 frame size makes it suitable for demanding industrial environments across multiple sectors, including HVAC, water treatment, material handling, and heavy industrial processing.
