Our tasting panel couldn’t believe this coffee was a decaf because of its incredible clarity of flavor. While most Ethiopian coffee is grown by smallholder farmers, this lot comes from an individual estate owned by Abdo Aba Mecha and his meticulous care is clear in the cup.
