Number 74 has been treated to the same maturation process, entirely in ex-oloroso sherry butts. Nose: Tawny marmalade, dried prunes, a drizzle of caramel and warm spices. Palate: S weet and sticky parkin, dried raisins, and a touch of waxy orange peel. Finish: Warm ginger and pepper linger, with chewy raisins and prunes mingling. Show more
