Walkabout is painted by Wiluna Artist Sheila Yakka Jones. This energised vibrant multi coloured dot design captures concepts of spirit and country. Sheila was born on Carnegie Stat ion in 1932, later employed as housemaid and stock worker, taking part inbullock and sheep mustering. She has lived many years in Wiluna and whilst painting is anew occupation, her works are much admired. 10% of your Walkabout purchase price goes directly to Sheila and we reckon that's pretty cool!
