Utilising traditional distillation methods and our own malt barley base spirit, expect a pleasing creamy malt sweetness, along with flavours of strawberry gum, lemon eucalyptus, river mint, liquorice root, salt bush and anise myrtle.Enjoy diluted by pouring iced water over a sugar cube into 30mls of Absinthe.
