These are just different forms of the same whey protein. The difference is how it is processed from it’s raw form. This simply changes it’s macro ratios of protein:fat:carbohydrates. Concentrates are more raw and unprocessed with more carbohydrates, fats and lactose. Isolates process some of that out leaving more raw protein. Protease is a digestive enzyme that helps facilitate the breakdown of proteins. This is necessary for protein to be able to absorb into the body.
