Through the repetitive, rhythmic nature of layering watercolours and adding mindful marks, you'll find yourself naturally entering a state of calm focus where the journey matters more than the destination. Perfect for complete beginners and those who have previously attended Mind Unwind workshops. What You'll Explore: Through gentle, repetitive mark-making and doodling with a choice of pens, you'll embellish your layers with patterns that complement your watercolour patterns.
