Large oil painting on canvas based on a photo taken of the view from Coombe Hill in Buckinghamshire. Painted with brushes initially, I then used a palette knife to add definition a nd texture to the landscape. Artwork size: 80 x 60 x 4 cm -- Large landscape oil painting on canvas, based on a photograph taken on a walk in The Chilterns in Buckinghamshire. The soft blue sky was blended using brushes, and a palette knife was used to apply a slightly textured surface to the fields in the foreground.
