A 12-foot sensor probe with a thermal alloy head accurately detects current temperature and humidity. It also detects Vapor Pressure Deficiency (VPD) which measures ambient temperature, relative humidity and plant leaf temperature to determine the optimum atmosphere. This allows for more detailed monitoring of growing conditions than relying solely on temperature and humidity.
