Acacia Scarlet Blaze is a unique ornamental form of Cinnamon Wattle. Discovered in 1995 in Victoria, Scarlet Blaze is a striking, small evergreen tree with a weeping habit. Beautif ul blood-red, ball-shaped flowers appear from August to October whilst the leaves exude a fragrant cinnamon perfume. An excellent informal hedge, screen or windbreak, Scarlet Blaze is a magnificent feature plant in the garden. Pruning is not recommended for the species.Soil: Well-drained soil.Conditions: Full sun to semi-shade. Protection from strong winds is advisable. Light frost, drought and coastal tolerant.
