Learn boxing technique, punches, footwork, padwork in this non-contact boxing experience. Get the fighter mentality and fitness in these explosive and empowering sessions. CHALLENGER:All-in on the Challenger, the only extended session on the Accelerate Timetable (45minutes) where every week sees you getting taken on a challenging new experience. Sometimes in teams, sometimes solo we work through these qualitative sessions to get challenge the body and mind. Every Challenger session will have an outline posted 24hrs before via our social media to help get your head in the game.
