This is why turntable / pivot heels can cause ACL, MCL, meniscus, tibial-plateau, and femoral-condyle injury. Lateral-heel release together with bespoke lateral-heel release-settings that are generated through the use of the Howell Test Fixture — can provide enhanced, personalized ACL, MCL, meniscus, tibial-plateau, and femoral-condyle integrity during alpine skiing.
