Lidded Acorn Pot with sweetgrass braided handle. Made in Eskasoni by Oakleaves Native Creations. How it's Made: Each piece is stone polished with a river stone until it gets a natu ral shine. It is then smoked in a traditional firing using fir tips, seaweed and sawdust. When the clay gets warm enough it absorbs the smoke giving each piece a beautiful and unique design. The piece is then trimmed with braided sweetgrass, an indigenous plant used for prayer and purification. TIP: Dampen the sweetgrass to renew the sweet aroma. SIZE: 2.5” x 2.5” Show more
