‘Mighty Oaks from tiny acorns grow’ These tiny acorn stud earrings are made from fine silver with sterling silver stud backs and fittings. The acorns are made from Precious Metal C lay. It is worked in its clay form which enables me to create very fine details and textures that can be seen in these earrings. It is then dried, finished and fired, burning away the clay part of the product and leaving the fine silver piece...quite amazing! The acorns are approximately 6x6mm so sit perfectly on the ear!
