DELIVERY These large items are exempt from the 'free delivery over £25' store offer. This is due to the oversized delivery charge. If you need an order urgently please contact me to discuss your requirements, prior to ordering. PACKAGES WITH DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery acceptance to file a claim. Please check your package contents immediately upon receiving. If you find something is not right, contact us right away, providing your name, order number, and a detailed description of the damage with photographs of the item in the original packaging. Ensure all damages are reported and photographs sent before throwing any packaging away. Claims cannot be accepted for items damaged after delivery.
