Which adhesive/bonding systems are compatible with ACTIVA BioACTIVE Bulk Flow? ACTIVA BioACTIVE Bulk Flow is compatible with all adhesive systems, including total etch (etch & rinse), self-etch and selective-etch (Universal) systems. Will an adhesive or bonding system interfere with bioactive remineralization support? ACTIVA’s remineralization support works with (by stabilizing and reinforcing) and through the adhesive/hybrid layer. ACTIVA BioACTIVE Bulk Flow should always be used with an adhesive. Do you need to use a capping layer of universal composite on the occlusal? No, ACTIVA BioACTIVE is engineered to have excellent wear resistance (see third party independent chewing simulation data) without the need for any capping layer.
