Vitaplex Active B-Complex is a product with a balanced combination of all B vitamins in their activated form as coenzymes. The product includes riboflavin-5-phosphate (B2), pyridox ine-5-phosphate (B6) and the active, thus methylated form of folic acid as well as vitamin B12. Vitamin B3 is present as inositol hexanicotinate, which is metabolically active, but does not cause a so-called niacin flush.
