Just follow these simple steps: Open the bunion splint and lay it flat on the floor. Place your foot over the bunion splint so that your mid-foot is aligned with the mid-section of the splint and your big toe with the upper section. Wrap the bunion strap around your big toe first and pull the velcro strap to tighten it. Do the same with the mid-section.
