Cook your meat, whether poultry, red meat or ham to your liking, with the AcuRite Gourmet Meat Thermometer. Simply insert the probe into the thicket part of the meat or poultry unt il the "dimple" reaches the centre of the meat. Place meat in the oven with the thermometer facing the oven door. Leave the thermometer in meat while roasting. When the temperature pointer reaches the desired temperature, remove the meat from the oven.
