Juan Carlos Sancha "el profesor" is a professor of Enology and champion of forgotten varietals in Rioja, like Maturana Tinta, Maturana Blanca, Malvasia, Tempranillo Blanco, Monaste l (not Monastrel) and most of all high altitude Garnacha Riojana.This white wine is made from the rare variety, Tempranillo Blanco.
