Godox AD600Pro Power Switch Replacement This prepaid repair service replaces the power-switch assembly in a Godox AD600Pro or Flashpoint XPLOR600 Pro flash. Important: This repair is for the original AD600Pro and XPLOR600 Pro. The AD600Pro II uses different internal components and requires a separate repair service. This repair is appropriate for: The flash will not power on The power switch feels loose, damaged or unreliable The flash has not previously displayed an E1 or E3 error The flash did not produce crackling, sparks, smoke or an electrical odor A no-power condition accompanied by an E1/E3 error, electrical noise, sparks or smoke may indicate a main drive-board or capacitor-related failure rather than a failed power switch. If our inspection shows that a different repair is required, we will contact you before performing additional work. What the repair includes Replacement of the power-switch assembly Installation and functional testing Testing of normal power-up and flash operation A repair report when the work is complete A six-month warranty covering the replaced power-switch assembly Return shipping from MoLight to you The repair warranty applies to the power-switch assembly replaced during this service. It does not cover unrelated components or a different failure that may develop later. What to send Send only the main AD600Pro or XPLOR600 Pro flash body. Do not send the battery or flash tube Do not send a detachable extension head Do not send the reflector, case or other accessories Do not send additional items unless we specifically request them Pack the flash securely and use a shipping service that provides tracking. You are responsible for shipping the flash to MoLight. The shipping charge collected with your repair order covers return shipping to you. How the repair process works Add this repair service to your cart and complete payment. Print your order confirmation showing the six-digit order number. Place the order confirmation inside the package with your flash. Please include a note describing the no-power condition, how the switch feels and any other symptoms or information we should know. Ship the flash body to the MoLight Repair Center using a shipping service that provides tracking. We will send you an email confirming that your repair has been received. We will inspect, repair and test the flash. When the repair is complete, we will email your repair report and return the flash to you. Repair turnaround Turnaround begins when your flash arrives at MoLight. Please review the current Repair Queue Status on the main repairs page before ordering. Orders containing multiple flashes may require additional time. We will contact you if the no-power condition is caused by a different component or if additional work is required.
