Description The Adafruit Power Relay FeatherWing is a relay FeatherWing that lets an Adafruit Feather board switch lamps, fans, solenoids, and other small loads through a non-latching power relay. This Power Relay FeatherWing is rated by Adafruit for resistive loads up to 10A at 120VAC or 5A at 240VAC. Inductive loads should be derated, and the relay datasheet should be checked for the exact voltage, load type, and current. When the relay is closed, it draws about 100mA from the 3.3V rail. The relay control pin is selected with solder jumpers on the underside of the Wing. For voltages above 24V, use proper experience, insulation, strain relief, and safety practices. This is a FeatherWing module, not a finished mains-voltage enclosure. Features Non-latching power relay for on/off control of small AC or DC loads. Switches resistive loads up to 10A at 120VAC or 5A at 240VAC. Compatible with Adafruit Feather boards and FeatherWing headers. Relay control pin can be selected using underside solder jumpers. Screw terminal output and larger relay package for higher-load switching than mini relay Wings. Fully assembled and tested PCB with solderable headers included.
