Adafruit BMP585 Ported I2C / SPI Temperature and Pressure Sensor - STEMMA QT is a precision Bosch barometric pressure and temperature breakout designed for environmental sensing, altitude tracking, and projects that benefit from a ported pressure connection. According to the official Adafruit product page, the BMP585 improves on earlier Bosch BMP2xx and BMP3xx devices with better precision, low-altitude noise as low as 1cm (0.08Pa), and support for both I2C and SPI interfaces. Adafruit positions this board as the ported sibling to the BMP580/BMP581 family. It is software and firmware compatible with BMP580/BMP581, but adds a tube-ready pressure port for applications where a direct air channel is helpful. The official page also notes ±6 Pa relative accuracy at room temperature, roughly ±50 cm altitude resolution, ±60 Pa typical absolute accuracy, and ±0.5C temperature accuracy. With onboard level shifting, a 3.3V regulator, and dual STEMMA QT connectors, it is easy to integrate into 3V or 5V projects.
