Windrush Otter is a sculpture by famed sculptor, Adam Binder, and depicts an Otter swimming in slow, playful circles as it spirals upward like a ribbon in motion beneath the water’ s surface, twisting and turning with effortless agility. This textural sculpture adopts lifelike features of the Otter. Adam works primarily in bronze with the use of rich, earthy patinas which provides depth and texture, drawing from his experiences of nature he captures the characteristics of animals and nature to engage the eye in the detail of his works.
