With Get A Grip, you can ride with with bare hands. Riding with gloves adds bonus gripping power. One advantage to wrapping the grip is it allows the rider to adjust the overall grip diameter. As seen in the photos the ride is focusing on having more cushion on the outer ends of the grip by starting at the center of the grip wrapping towards the ends. This wrapping method gives the grip a tapered diameter around the thumb and index finger area while offering maximum cushion on the ends to absorb impacts.
