In nature, groups of dogs (young and older dogs) live together. The group communicate in various ways, but one is via natural messages released into the air - pheromones. Mother dogs emit these soothing messages during lactation, and adult dogs can, too, from around their ears. Adaptil Calm-On-The-Go Collar releases this pheromone for your canine companion, which you cannot provide yourself. It helps foster a comforting environment and allows you to face situations that they find challenging. SIZES Adaptil Calm-On-The-Go Collar is available in the following sizes: Puppy/Small (Up to 37.5cm) Medium/Large (Up to 62.5cm) KEY BENEFITS Easy to use One collar provides four weeks of continues care Can be used indoors and outside Can be kept on your canine continuously (take off when shampooing) Recommended and used by vets Ideal for small dogs under 15kg and medium/ large dogs under 50kg How to fit Remove the thin protective band from the inside of the collar by placing a finger in the plastic loop near the clasp. Two fingers should fit between the collar and your dog's skin. Make sure the collar is secured using the clasp and cut off the protruding end of the collar. Check the fit of the collar regularly. It must always fit closely to your dog's skin. The calming effect of the ADAPTIL® Calm Collar for Dogs will last for approximately 4 weeks.
