When adding more than 1 butterfly, please adjust the 'Number of Butterflies' drop down menu to match the amount of butterflies you have placed personalisation. Otherwise, your order will be cancelled. NOTE** if you want your butterflies to be a specific size, please let us know in the notes section, which can be found in the PLEASE NOTE We are unable to alter any personalisation once your order has been submitted. This item will be personalised EXACTLY as you have written, so please double check spelling, punctuation and use of capital letters. The majority of our products are case sensitive, however some typefaces used are styled in capitals as a default. Personalised products can only be returned and refunded if they are faulty.
