This protection covers lost, stolen, or damaged parcels during transit. If your protected package is affected, drop us a message and we'll ship a replacement as soon as possible, at no cost, upon claim approval. All claims must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a claim: - For "delivered" packages: claims must be filed between 3-30 days after delivery date- For lost packages (undelivered): claims must be filed between 5-30 days from last tracking update- All claims must be filed within 30 days of ordering Please bear in mind that Package Protection benefits only apply if selected and paid for at checkout alongside your order.
