All packages come with base shipping insurance of $100 in the event of damage or loss. If your package incurs such issues we will file a claim using the photos you provide of the box and products. The refund amount can go up to $100 depending on the value validity and quality of the proof as determined by UPS and USPS. For items valued over $100 consider adding extra shipping insurance for maximum coverage of your investment. Select the amount that represents your purchase but keep in mind that $100 of your order is automatically insured. If your items are damaged or lost please email or message us immediately with clear photos of the damaged box and damaged products. Include a photo of the box with the fragile sticker visible. Do not throw away anything until the issue is resolved. We must provide UPS and USPS with as much quality proof of mishandling as possible.
