It is insufficient to simply have a change of registration records. The Engineer certifies (1) the equipment complies with the ADR requirements and (2) is installed accurately and competently to meet the structural requirements of that particular vehicle type. VENTILATION REQUIREMENTS If you are proposing to install to a Panel Van or a window van with non-opening windows there will be additional ventilation requirements. All rear passengers must have access to ventilation.
