Beta Glucanase Enzyme is typically used during mashing or fermentation due to it's tolerance to a wide range of pH and temperatures. It is a unique complex that catalyzes the break down of barley and malt beta-glucans.When used it will reduce wort viscosity, improve solid/liquid separation, lautering, and filtration.
