Adelphi is a unique Scottish whisky producer who specialise in using only the best rare and aged Sherry and bourbon casks for maturation. Having built the brand new Ardnamurchan di stillery on the west coast of Scotland in 2014, Adelphi are producing their own whisky for over 100 years. The distillery itself has embraced modern techniques for its distillation process and has become the first 100% biomass heated distillery in Scotland, using locally harvested wood chip. The exact heritage of the Adelphi blended scotch is unknown though it is probably safe to say that spirit is sourced from many of the surrounding islands and peninsulas.
