This session is designed to restore energy flow to support better attention, concentration, and focus. In this BioEnergetic health model, our inability to focus occurs when we part s of ourselves stuck in the sympathetic nervous system fight/flight response. As these subconscious parts of us are hyper-focused on a threat (real or unreal) they are unable to participate in the present moment. These parts are missing from our conscious selves in the "Now" moment. They are "offline". When this happens, we are easily distracted and not able to focus. Conversely, hyper-focus can occur when we are actively alleviating a perceived threat.
