This add on is to be purchased with your foam inserts. If you purchased multiple inserts, especially with cutouts, and you want the 2 layers glued together. We use our industrial s pray adhesive to attach the pieces together for longevity of the inserts and to keep their shape. This option is only available if you purchased at least 2 pieces as we need to glue them together. Not offered if only a one piece cutout was purchased. Contact us with any questions. Show more
