One ring that sizes up or down instead of a drawer full of molds. The Ateco adjustable cake ring slides between 6.25 and 8.5 inches across, so a single stainless steel form covers a range of cake sizes and spares you an inventory of molds. Rigid and smooth, it holds its shape through repeated use, releases food cleanly, and goes in the fridge or freezer for layered cakes, mousses, and other set desserts. Set it on a sheet pan lined with parchment or foil to bake.
