This adjustable pastry cutter cuts pastry strips with perfectly parallel patterned edges. Set to the finest setting, the roller would be used for lattice-work to top many tradition al European desserts. For example the Italian 'pastiera Napoletana', a Neapolitan Easter cake made from eggs, wheat grains and ricotta, or even a treacle tart.
