Of course the administration gets the nicer offices, everyone knows the administration is way more important that... what's that? In ruins you say!? Well, I guess they should have thought twice before cutting the holiday bonuses. This kit makes one set of Administration Ruins stretching 14" long, 7" wide, and 5.5" tall. The second floor is 3" above the base and has a 'ramp' over 5" long. This kit comes unassembled, unpainted, and requires files, razors, clippers, and other hobby tools for extraction and assembly.
